Meeting minutes for April 6, 2011

 

Dr. Lybbert did a presentation on Colic and how to treat for it.

 

GM was called to order at 7:35pm by Debbie Armuth, Vice President.

 

A summary of March meeting minutes was approved as read.

No treasurer’s report at this time. Donna is very ill.

 

3 motions were made and 2nd.

1st motion:

To remove all SSA verbiage from the rule book. Unanimous; motion carries.

 

2nd Motion:

To accept the language as written for the proposed bylaws.

Ayes—7; Nays—2; Abstain—1;

Motion carries.

 

3rd Motion:

To change the language in Section 3 Article 7 to the proposed wording. Unanimous; motion carries.

Still looking for a show manager.

Dr. Wade Taylor will be at the next GM meeting discussing VOM (veterinary orthopedic manipulation).
